How do I make a great corporate video?
Have clear objectives. Write them down and be prepared to explain them to your team. Hire good a good production company or in-house team to execute your objectives and then trust them to do a great job. Sounds easy and is with great communication!
How long should my online video be?
Some video placement requires a predetermined length. Like commercials and platforms including Tik Tok. When creating a video on sites like YouTube they can be a lot longer but it’s important to keep your audience in mind. Most videos on the web shouldn’t be longer than a few minutes. This is a general rule and we’d be happy to discuss your current need.
How much should my video cost?
What’s your idea, where is it running, and how big is your company’s marketing budget? Only you can determine how much it makes sense to invest in your business’ project. Cost depends on the idea and the number of scenes, explosions and crew members required to get the job done. How long will it take to produce my video?
Six to eight weeks is average for a corporate video. Social videos usually need to be turned around much quicker. We can move as quickly as you can. We find that usually, the most time-consuming part of making a commercial or video is the approval process on the client-side. If you give us the greenlight we can turn around your project extremely quickly.
How do you hire a good video production company?
Some companies bid multiple vendors for a project but most of our clients are single bid from referrals, repeat business or good chemistry rather than cost. Video production is often high visibility within client organization so it’s essential there is significant trust between the video production company and the client. Look for trust and results will follow.
How do I make my corporate video more interesting?
If you’ve seen one corporate video you’ve seen them all, wrong. We’re in the golden age of branded content with companies like Redbull, Nike, and Google doing compelling video content that drives business and improves their brand image.
What are the types of corporate videos?
Social media video is the most popular type of video now for sites like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok. But there’s also video for websites as well as video created to be shown at tradeshows, conferences and business presentations.

How do I get the best price for my corporate video?
Getting the best ROI from your corporate video production starts with creating a budget, communicating clearly what the budget is and shopping for value. If you’re just shopping for price you might as well hire a teenager and her iPhone. Think of it as shopping for a car, you have an idea of the type of car you want to buy, so being an economy car when you want to buy an SUV is really getting a better price. It’s making a compromise no one will be happy with. When purchasing a video start with a budget and strong idea of what you want and begin the conversation there.
Can you produce my commercial, TV show or film?

Do you have any experience with ____?
You will often find 50 years or more combined production experience on a Fluid Films set. There’s at least two of us that have encountered a project like yours, a deadline just as ridiculous or expectations just as high. Do you do branded content or webisodes?
We do script to any screen or length. We’re passionate about the new wave of advertising and marketing content and feel it’s a great opportunity for both creative talent and brands.
Will you use __ piece of gear on my production?
You are paying so we’ll be happy to use whatever you wish. We own some of the best production equipment available including cameras able to shoot in 4.5k resolution, more than 5 times the quality of standard 720 HD broadcast. This means we’re able to cost effectively provide provide the highest quality lighting, sound and image capture available today. But if you have a passion for something else we can provide an estimate for that too.
I have an idea for a reality TV show. I know it’s going to be a smash.
You and everyone we talk to. We aren’t being flip here. We hear this at least once a week. Usually even more often. If you have money though, you’re in luck because we know how the pitch process works, have contacts in the industry and have partnered on reality projects before. First you’ll need to work with one of our writers to develop a pitch. And then one of our producers to develop a sizzle reel. This process is equivalent to producing a pilot. How quickly can you get my video made?
We have worked on some truly insane production timelines and delivered amazing results but we don’t recommend it. For a commercial or web video we recommend awarding the job at least three weeks before shoot day. And for script to screen productions allow six weeks or more. This provides enough time for approvals, casting and getting the best people and resources in places.
Do you rent video/film production gear?
Absolutely. We can send a DIT with our RED package and/or a key grip with one of our lighting and grip packages. We’re even able to provide complete production services with one of our experienced line producers.
